The app is fine. Its the company that take the mick, like most they will try screw you. 127 items scanned. Mix of dvds and blu-ray, some popular and recent stuff too. They would accept 46 items, for a total of £19.30...£6 of that alone was for one item. They're a joke. Some of the stuff they would take vs wouldn't is beyond me. They'll take old Footloose and Space Jam dvds but won't take blu ray copies of Disney movies and some big hits? Better off selling private.
I love Music Magpie. I save literally 100s of pounds by just buying second hand Blurays from them. And most of the time I really think they're not even secondhand. The quality is as good as brand new but a fraction of the price. The app itself is quite good and everything works. It could maybe use a bit of polishing to make it look a little more up to date but I have nothing bad to say about the functionality. Update: Still stand by this review. Love it.
What is the point.....99% of stuff I scanned was rejected.
48 dvds and 3 offers. Would have made a whole 22p!! Spent more on electric keeping my phone charged whilst scanning!!
No way to type in what your looking for ridiculous as a buying platform if u ask me reading about this app was sounding as if we buy all electrical equipment and sell tried to find a dac or headphones or amp couldn't even type in it kept on taking me to cables and a pair of £3.99 in ear headphones lol wrong app 😅 🙃 😬
Worst app I have ever come across as it won't let me sell any of the CDs and books I have if it had minus stars I would definitely give it minus 10
I don't know where they get their buying prices from. I've just bought the John Wick ultra HD box set with 6 discs, post cards, blood oath marker and hotel card. Cost me £94 new. Out of interest I scanned the barcode and MM would be happy to buy it from me for £3. Yeah right maybe if I go mad I might sell. Don't hold your breath. You might suffocate.

It does work but everything I tried to sell wasn't accepted. So have deleted.
